This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you (“User,” “you,” or “your”) and H2PM ("Company," “we,” or “us”) governing your access to and use of the property management software platform (“Platform”). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for its intended purposes as described in this Agreement.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
The Platform and its content, including software, trademarks, logos, and text, are the property of H2PM or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Your use of the Platform does not transfer any ownership rights to you.
If the Platform includes paid features or services:
Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your information as outlined in the Privacy Policy.
We may update or modify the Platform from time to time, including adding or removing features. Updates may be automatic or require your action. Continued use of the Platform following updates constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time without notice if:
Upon termination, your license to use the Platform ends immediately, and you must stop using it.
The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, H2PM shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless H2PM, its affiliates, and their employees from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your breach of this Agreement or misuse of the Platform.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Ireland, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Ireland.
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between you and H2PM regarding the Platform and supersedes all prior agreements.
We may update this Agreement periodically. Your continued use of the Platform after changes are posted signifies your acceptance of the updated terms.
